Kien Hon Wong finds a new home at Techtel in SE Asia

As part of Techtel’s regional strategy to excel in support throughout SE Asia, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Senior Support Engineer Kien Hon Wong.  Operating closely with our headquarters in Sydney, Kien Hon will be the key focal point for all of our support related business in the region offering our customers unparalleled knowledge of technology coupled with regional market experience.

Great support is the key to the best customer outcomes and Kien Hon has worked throughout the industry for more than 13 years doing just that.  Having worked with both TV stations and technology manufacturers in the past, his experience spans acquisition, media processing, video contribution and distribution.  This breadth of knowledge compliments the array of Techtel’s vendors really well and as the Techtel business looks towards building more of our own customised solutions we know that his contribution will be invaluable towards creating the best possible solutions for our customers.

Kien Hon joins the Techtel team at a time when the local market is opening up more and more following disruptions during the pandemic.  As part of that unshackling we see a strong surge in interest around how to maximise the available resources within a business; to do more with what they have than ever before.
